Our quality management system bases on the the worldwide valid norm of ther German Institute for Standardization ISO 9001:2008.
Our high-class demands deliver a sensible supplement to the formal norm demands of the German Institute for Standardization ISO in 9000. The most important graduation of our qualitative action is to realise the fulfilment of customer wishes and customer needs. Our seminars are evaluated. The results of this evaluation are contributed onto our planning and organisation.
A high-class process can be understood only as a continuous improvement process. Only legal default is not for us a reason enough to see the high-class management as a long-term job – according to the philosophical maxim
